Shaanxi Delegation Visited DCBA Office
On Wednesday, October 14th, the DCBA hosted a business conference welcoming a 17-people delegation of distinguished business professionals from Shaanxi Province to Michigan at DCBA Troy Office. The delegation led by Mr. Zhang Li, Deputy Director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shaanxi Government, the delegation comes from various industries including Coal and chemical, water affair, environment protection, financial holding, gas, electric, and pharmaceutical.

Jerry Xu, the President of DCBA welcomed all guests to attend the business conference and invited Matt Gibb, Deputy Executive of Oakland County to introduce the brief background of our county. Mr. Zhang Li gave a speech that the delegation would love to explore new business opportunities in Michigan. Special guests included Michelle Wang from EY and Olivia Deng from Miller Canfield. 
DCBA Co-hosted "Shenzhen Meets Michigan" Tea Talk
On Oct 9, the Tea Talk Event 'Shenzhen Meets Michigan' were held in the Michigan State University, organized by China Entrepreneur Network (CEN). Jane Ren was invited as a special guest to attended this event on behalf of the DCBA. The topic of this tea tale was around promoting Shenzhen to North America, in order to facilitate bilateral business relationships between North America and the City of Shenzhen.
DCBA Team is Now Participating Medical Conference in Taizhou, China

DCBA Board members (Sonny Wang and Milan Stevanovich) have been presenting at Medical and Health Industry International Cooperation Conference in Taizhou, a Medical City in China for a week. This conference is about opportunities/collaborations with Oakland County Medical Main Street Project in Michigan. Hence DCBA Board members are maximizing their efforts in promoting our regional assets in Health Care / Medical and Clean Tech Sectors. Over 200 professional attendees, including mostly high-level executives from local and international companies are attending this International Medical Conference.

MAPPAAC's Forum on Nov. 7, 2015
Host by Asian Pacific American Affairs Commission
MAPAAC's forum on Dealing with Bullying & Building Self-esteem on November 7th at the Chinese Community Center from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Continental breakfast and check-in at 8:30 AM and buffet lunch will be served.This is a great opportunity for the Chinese community to come and share their concerns and learn how to deal with the issue of bullying that may affect the mental and physical health of the youth and family.
