The annual China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE) is hosted by the China General Technology (Group) Holding, Limited and is the exclusive internationalized auto parts and aftermarket exhibition held by the China Ministry of Commerce.

The 2007 China International Auto Parts Expo (CIAPE 2007) had 1,049 exhibitors from 27 countries and regions showcasing their latest products, innovations and brand images. High ranking Chinese government officials, automobile executives, and renowned international auto experts were among the 45,360 visitors that attended the show with 6,200 overseas visitors from 97 countries and regions.

In order accommodate the anticipated increased attendance of over 2,500 exhibitors, CIAPE 2008 will be held at the new China International Exhibition Center with over 100,000 square meters of exhibition floor space.
